The Perfect Steak

4 - 6 slices steak
3 chopped chives
4 garlic cloves
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
sweet sheery, black pepper and soy sauce

Combine all the ingredients and allow the meat to stand 3 hours or more.
Sear steak on hot barbecue plate. Finish cooking on the grill using low burners.
